Admission Policy
Topcrest International School maintains a transparent, merit-based, and policy-driven admissions system. Admission is granted based on academic eligibility, age requirements, previous academic records, and performance in the admission assessment and interview process. The school follows a non-discriminatory policy and welcomes applications regardless of gender, religion, ethnicity, or socio-economic background. All applications are reviewed objectively to ensure that admitted students are capable of meeting the academic standards and expectations of the institution. The school reserves the right to accept or decline any application in accordance with institutional regulations and seat availability.
Academic Levels Open for Admission
Admissions are offered subject to seat availability in Kindergarten and Early Years, Primary Level from Grade 1 to Grade 5, Middle School from Grade 6 to Grade 8, Secondary Level from Grade 9 to Grade 10, and Senior Secondary Level from Grade 11 to Grade 12.
At the Senior Secondary level, students may apply for admission into the Science, Commerce, or Humanities streams based on academic performance, subject prerequisites, and institutional criteria.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the prescribed age requirement for the respective grade level. A certified copy of the birth certificate must be submitted as proof of age. Students applying for Grades 2 and above are required to provide previous academic transcripts, report cards, and a transfer certificate from their former institution.
For Secondary and Senior Secondary admission, applicants must demonstrate satisfactory academic performance in relevant core subjects. Admission into specific streams at the Senior Secondary level will depend on prior academic results and performance in subject-based assessments where applicable.
Admission Process
Parents or guardians must obtain and complete the official application form from the school office or website. The completed form must be submitted within the specified deadline along with all required supporting documents.
Following document verification, eligible applicants will be invited to participate in an admission assessment appropriate to their grade level. The assessment typically evaluates English proficiency, mathematical reasoning, and general academic competency.
Shortlisted candidates and their parents may be invited for an interview session with the academic panel or school leadership. The interview is conducted to assess communication skills, academic readiness, motivation, and overall suitability for the school environment.
Successful applicants will receive a formal offer of admission. Enrollment will be confirmed upon completion of registration procedures and payment of the required fees within the stipulated timeframe.
Documents Required for Admission
Applicants must submit a completed application form, a certified copy of the birth certificate, recent passport-sized photographs, previous academic transcripts and report cards, a transfer certificate or school leaving certificate, copies of parent or guardian identification documents, and any additional certificates of academic or extracurricular achievement.
Incomplete documentation may result in delay or cancellation of the application process.
Entrance Assessment and Interview
Admission assessments are designed to evaluate academic preparedness and learning potential. For Early Years and Primary applicants, assessments focus on foundational literacy, numeracy, and cognitive development. For Middle, Secondary, and Senior Secondary applicants, assessments may include subject-specific evaluations in English, Mathematics, and relevant academic disciplines.
All assessments are conducted under standardized and supervised conditions to ensure fairness and integrity. Interview sessions provide an opportunity to understand the applicant’s academic goals, character, and readiness to contribute positively to the school community.
Fee Structure and Payment Policy
Upon acceptance, parents or guardians must complete the enrollment process by paying the admission fee, registration fee, tuition fee, and any other applicable charges as determined by the school administration. Detailed fee information is provided by the Accounts Office and may vary depending on grade level and curriculum.
All payments must be made within the designated deadline to secure the allocated seat. Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the admission offer.

Topcrest International School offers a limited number of merit-based and need-based scholarships to qualified students.
